Become a Vendor at Dunedin Wines the Blues

• Event Name: Dunedin Wines the Blues 
• Location: Downtown Dunedin/Pioneer Park 
• Event Date: Saturday, November 14th 
• Event Hours: Event is open to public from 2-10 pm 
• Vendor Load‑In: 8 am-12 noon 
  VENDORS MUST BE FULLY SET UP BY 12:30 FOR INSPECTION 
• Vendor Breakdown: 10:30 pm, must wait for approval from City of Dunedin 
• Parking: Parking options are marked on map; trailers MUST park in Hospital Lot 

Vendors must be fully set up prior to event start and remain open for the full duration. We have the right to turn away vendors who are not in compliance. 

• All vendors must check in with Chamber Staff when they arrive 
• Please enter the event space following the arrows 
• Your vendor placement is final. 
• We cannot accommodate any late arrivals. 
  All vendors MUST be checked in with vehicles removed by 12:30 pm for the official inspection with the Fire Marshall. 

• Standard booth space: 10’x10’  
  If you need more room, you must pay for additional spaces 
• Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, weights, and displays. Please bring your own extension cords and/or battery powered lighting, if needed.  
• Electricity is available for $50 and covers one 20-amp circuit 
• Tent weights are required (minimum 40 lbs per leg). Stakes are not permitted. 
• Booths must be clean, professional, and family‑friendly in appearance. 

• All food vendors must comply with local health department regulations. 
• Required permits and licenses must be submitted prior to the event. 
• Cooking oils, grease, and wastewater must be disposed of properly—no dumping on streets or drains. 
• Class K fire extinguishers are required for any cooking equipment. Suppression system must be up-to-date. 
• No awnings allowed. 

• Power will only be available for those who paid and requested it in advance. 
  Electric hook-up covers one 20 amp circuit 
• Vendors using generators must receive prior approval and ensure quiet, safe  

operation. 

• Extension cords must be secured and not create trip hazards. 

• No amplified sound or music. 
• No aggressive sales tactics. 
• Vendors must be respectful, inclusive, and aligned with the spirit of the Chamber. 

• Breakdown may not begin until the official event end time. 
• Vehicles are not permitted in the event footprint until cleared by event staff. 
• Vendors must leave their area clean and free of debris. 

• Follow all instructions from event staff, volunteers, and local authorities. 
• Report emergencies immediately to event staff. 
• The Chamber reserves the right to remove any vendor not complying with Guidelines without refund. 

• This event is rain or shine. 
• Vendors should plan accordingly for weather conditions. 
• No refunds.
